RETURNS - CHANGES - CANCELLATIONS
You have 14 days to change your mind – Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind, you can return the products you have ordered within 14 calendar days with your receipt and order form. For any return you should first contact us at email@example.com or 210 9480559 to indicate the method of return and the courier company we work with.
About Returning Products:
When it comes to Erotic accessories, they should – for obvious reasons of compliance with hygiene conditions – be in an intact condition, with a closed, absolutely inviolable package. If the packaging does not have a safety closure, we do not accept returns of the products.
When it comes to Shoes, they should also be in undamaged condition, with no worn bottoms and soles.
When it comes to Underwear and clothes they should be in intact condition without wear and tear.
The packaging of the products should also be in their original condition without any damage.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the time they are delivered to you until the time you deliver them to a store of the Company or the cooperating transport company or courier company.
If they are not returned within 14 days, then the Company may not accept any return or product replacement. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition to the rights provided by the returns policy, all rights applicable to consumers from the existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract, as well as any right arising in connection with the warranty conditions of the products, are recognized in any case.
Transport of returned products
In the event that you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you bear the immediate cost of returning the products. The receipt of the returned products can only be carried out from the address that you had indicated in the beginning for their shipment and which you have indicated to us in writing.
A) As a company, we do not provide any warranty for our products beyond any warranty that may accompany some of them from the manufacturing company.
B) We do not provide product service as a company. We do not have spare parts other than those provided by certain manufacturers.
C) We do not accept changes of underwear or clothes with tampered packaging and / or used ones.
D) In the event that the product to be returned a) does not prove to be defective, b) it is found that it has been used, c) its packaging is damaged, it is returned to the buyer with transport costs borne by him.
E) Defective products are not exchanged for different products or amount of money.
